Service Description

8 Week Program (6 Classes, $13 per class). Mondays from 10:00am - 11:00am. From January 4 - February 22, 2020. (No class, 1/18, 2/15) Anxiety is a unique and individual experience based on how we perceive and react to stress or any given situation. In this six week series, learn simple practices and routines to assist in managing your anxiety. Through breathwork, meditation, journaling, yoga nidra, and slow movement you will be guided through a weekly practice that you can take home with you.
