Service Description

8 Week Program (8 Classes, $13 per class). Thursdays from 7:45pm - 8:45pm. From January 7 - February 25, 2021. Dissolve into deep relaxation through the use of props, bolsters and blankets. Visit the poses completely supported under candlelight and allow the nervous system to unwind. Sink into yin yoga for the first 45 minutes of class, and release with restorative poses for the remaining 15 minutes.
