1. Consistent practice gives you consistent results. Whether your aim for taking yoga is stress reduction, increase flexibility, learn how to meditate, promote overall wellness, etc, these things can only be achieved through committed practice.
2.Actually get to know the people sitting on the mats around you. Build a community of friends who share similar interests.
3. Once yoga, meditation, and breath, is practiced consistently, the student does not have to think as much about what he/she is doing. This allows for the student to go deeper into the spiritual aspects of their practice. As the student moves deeper inward, they acquire more self knowledge, allowing for greater self empowerment on and off the yoga mat.

With all programs, we charge between $10 - $13.50 per class.

Our programs are designed to meet the needs of beginners as well as advanced.
Location of our programs are at Dorbrook Park Activity Center (Coltsneck, NJ) or at Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park Activity Center (Long Branch, NJ).
