A Day in the Life of a Seeking Self Camper
Arriving 10 minutes early, will give kids the opportunity get ready for the day without needing to rush.
8:50am - 9:00am
Beginner poses will be introduced, with a challenge pose for the day.
9:00am - 10:00am
Teaching with Corresponding Activity
Teaching & Activity related to the theme of the camp.
10:00am - 11:00am
Campers will have the choice of eating inside or outside together.
11:00am - 11:40am
Activity related to the theme of the camp.
Wisdom Circle, yogic breathing, guided meditation
After an active day, we take the last hour to investigate, reflect, and expand inner peace within.
1:00pm - 2:00pm
