Self-awareness creates self-empowerment.

I guide adolescents and adults to explore their deepest sense of self through mindful breath, expressive movement, and heart-warming meditation to increase self-empowerment.

TWEEN/TEEN CAMPS 

Mindfulness and Wellness are becoming increasingly important during an isolating pandemic. Through yoga, nature walks, and explorational activities, I guide teens towards connecting to their deeper self.
