I had a true test of priorities over the last week or so. My little Girly has not been sleeping so well and so therefore I had less time to myself. And therefore less time for my blog and working out! I am sorry to those of you that were looking for the Week 3 plan to be posted this past Sunday, but my priorities had to shift to take care of my little one.
Thanks to my husband, I did however remember to weigh myself on Sunday. So, here’s the update a few days late (sorry, no pictures this week):
Previous Weight: 167 lbs. Current Weight: 166 lbs. (Whoo Hoo! Its progress!!)
This week’s workout goal: Brisk walk for 30 minutes four times (Yes, again since I didn’t achieve this goal last week)
This week’s diet goal: Continue previous diet goals and monitor calories to net 1200 per day (including breastfeeding and working out). So I will consume about 1800 calories per day but will decrease the amount consumed through my exercises.
This week’s motivation: Inspiration in Song from Girl Meets Fit.
